  1. How can I edit the sides of the eCover with my favorite image editor (Corel) ?
  2. I select an external editor on the Images form to edit my images and I get this error: "Unable to open the file D:\...".
  3. I select an external editor to edit ecover's images, I save them and when I am trying to get back to eCover Engineer I can't do it. What's wrong?

  7. What do I get if I register ?

1. How can I edit the sides of the eCover with my favorite image editor (Corel) ?

A: Select "External editor" from the Images Window, then browse and select the Corel application file.

2. I select an external editor on the Images form to edit my images and I get this error: "Unable to open the file D:\...".

A: Please download the latest version on eCover Engineer.

3. I select an external editor to edit ecover's images, I save them and when I am trying to get back to eCover Engineer I can't do it. What's wrong?

A: In order to use the edited image, you first have to close the external editor or the build-in editor.

4. I have a dual monitor system. The program starts between them.

A: Please download the latest version of eCover Engineer ; All forms are set to start at the centre of the desktop. You can move them and find a better position. This position will be remembered the next time you use that form.

5. I get some errors while working with the build-in image editor.

A: Please download the latest version of eCover Engineer.

6. I see a rotary ball in the middle of my cover. What is it?

A: This rotary ball appears only in the trial version. It is a trial limitation among with the 15 days functionality. When you buy our product the ball disappears.

7. What do I get if I register ?

A: You MUST register if you want to use this software for more than 15 days. If you register, all the limitations will disappear, you get 24 hours support and high discounts for future versions.
